Assists in the development of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing strategies in support of plant or business unit objectives. Works with management to identify potential process improvement projects, including cost justification and project plans. Leads cross-functional team members to utilize Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies to complete assigned projects.
