Accountable for managing a team of Project Managers. This includes providing overall, long-term coordination and management for a group of projects from planning/initiation to delivery. Establishes effective communication with internal and external customers across technical and non-technical departments in order to identify key plan tasks, estimates, and due dates. Accountable for future project planning, initial project estimates, managing annual project budgets, and ensuring projects follow plans. Responsible for hiring and managing a skilled staff of Project Managers.
