Develop and convert parts planning and logistics strategies into Parts Operations/ Parts Hotline Goals and Objectives that will allow KMA to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. Serve as a liaison to all necessary areas of KMA and third-party vendor for Parts Operations plans and activities. Develop the Corporate Parts, PDC Operations and Dealer Hotline Budgets. Oversee the effective implementation of the operational goals and objectives at the assigned PDCs/ Dealer Parts Hotline.
