The primary purpose of this position is to lead the manufacturing engineering group for the Process Systems business unit. This individual will maintain managerial responsibility for manufacturing process design and support, product testing strategy; and traditional industrial engineering type functions. Additionally, this position will lead our efforts to implement Lean Manufacturing at our Center of Excellence (COE) site in Sugar Land, Texas, as well as supporting those same initiatives at our global satellite manufacturing sites.
