This position provides positive, proactive, mentoring and departmental leadership for the maintenance personnel. Assist s the facility in attaining daily operations metrics through positive maintenance activities. Responsible for facility, equipment; ensuring that it is maintained and functioning at or better than design specifications. Participates in plant safety efforts and actions, including maintaining a safe and clean environment.
