This position is accountable for providing strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the functional departments at a non-manufacturing facility. Develops and implements the facility's business plan and objectives to meet this plan. Establishes priorities, executes or modifies policies and procedures relating to the facility. Responsible for participating in cross-functional business teams, strategic planning and implementation of groups, as well as the design, layout, and staffing of any new service functions.
