Provide Leadership and direction to assigned sourcing team. Define, build and execute assigned teams sourcing strategy in order to achieve alignment with Strategic Spend Management's Global Sourcing organization business goals and objectives. Provide management and guidance to Sourcing Managers, support and empower team, delegate responsibility and authority and provide day to day direction to team in order to facilitate effective sourcing project execution. Manage and support the use of a standard process, methodology and technology. Manage the projected/realized savings estimates.
