Administer high dollar major subcontracts from $1M to in excess of $10M in value. Manage the overall sourcing and procurement activities from development through production. Travel internationally as required. Make upper level management presentations on subcontractor performance. Coordinate requirements and strategy with various Business Units across the Enterprise for maximum leveraging opportunities.
