The Utilities Engineer will manage utility projects from needs assessment to concept design phase thru commissioning. Success is defined by delivering Systems that meet the needs of the Plant, are compliant with local and national regulations, and meet the performance, safety, and quality goals. Projects need to be delivered on time and on budget. This requires seamless interaction with the plants teams, utilities equipment vendors, outside design engineering firms, external process systems integrators and external process control integrators.
