This position requires maintaining and improving equipment reliability, cost effectiveness, and productivity as the technical resource and focal point for Metal Skills repair activities. The Metal Skills supervisor acts as the skill group administrator, directing the Shop maintenance tasks on a daily basis, utilizing the Risk Based Work Selection process and refinery prioritization.
