Receive and verify requests for maintenance work; initiate, prepare and distribute work orders to appropriate maintenance supervisors and other maintenance employees as needed for both internal and external maintenance and repair services; schedule contractors and vendors in coordination with the maintenance supervisors; assist the Project Engineer on miscellaneous repair/rebuild projects as required.
