The purpose of this position is to lead Lean initiative(s) on a day-to-day basis, which includes creating future-state processes and metrics based on customer feedback to improve service, sales, cost; leading a team of other Lean expert(s) and business experts to create new solutions and HR training and communication to develop process-specific training materials; communicating findings and recommendations with all key constituents (e.g., senior executives, business owners, frontliners); delivering overall project impact; transferring lean solutions to the business.
