An individual contributor who reports to Global Operations. Provides ELS linkage and knowledge transfer between the Corporate directive and the business. Acts as a change agent and subject matter expert to or within area(s) assigned to drive and support ELS continuous improvement efforts. Supports the sourcing of ELS talent and external benchmarking. This role is also accountable for the development, deployment, and coordination of ELS improvement efforts globally.
