The Operations Engineer is the business lead with responsibility to develop and manage the continuous improvement efforts at the site. The Operations Engineer also leads the plant occupational safety and health stewardship programs, including plant commitment to Employee health and safety standards. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will also actively participate as a key member of the Plant Site Management Team.
