Individual will be responsible for implementation and improvements of lean practices throughout the division with the objective of improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. Responsible for identifying best practices, measurements and metrics of world class performance with the objective of setting benchmarks for each and monitoring Stoneridge operations while setting expectations for improvement based on needs.
