Drive improvements to key business and customer processes by sponsoring improvement projects that will reduce defects, produce cost savings, and increase customer satisfaction. This individual will provide proactive, consultative support to clients on Data Collection Methodologies, Study Design and Questionnaire creation on unique or complex studies, and will drive consistency and efficiency in processes, practices, tools within and across the project management teams.
