Provide expert consultation to the agency training staff, managers, and operational personnel by performing work which includes a broad range of planning, independent research, analysis, and program management functions. Work includes implementing an agency-wide training program, coordinating workshops, developing training plans, conducting training validations, and preparing briefs, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Occasional travel required.
