The position will require working with Customer Service, Sales Engineers, shipping and credit department users as well as other office users and managers to suggest and/or research JDE OneWorld processing to improve the business processes. The right candidate will need to be able to respond to issues or problems as they arise and resolve them quickly and have the ability to develop JDE OW reports and screens through JD Edwards OW development tool set. Knowledge of Form Design and Development tools a plus
