Direct the resources necessary to achieve the corporate business objectives related to overseas operations. Assist in locating and securing our site in Ireland. Recruit, hire and manage the employees located at this facility, under both a straight line/dotted line reporting basis. Manage 6-10 employees. Direct supplier and customer relationships in areas of business operations and business agreements (contracts). Interface with internal departments such as Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Engineering.
