Develop, negotiate, administer and manage contracts with significant complexity and risk or potential liability to Company. Actively participate in the development of "risk/benefit" analysis with senior purchasing staff and/or business unit personnel for new product/technologies and with appropriate end-user participation, provide visibility to management as to expected cost of processing benefits and impact.
