Serve as the primary point of contact for all subcontractors responsible for delivering the various systems of the program. Engage in various ways with all subcontractors on the program. The role will vary depending upon the activity and will include that of facilitator, participant, observer, and/or auditor. Assess performance of the subcontractors through reviews of status reports on schedule performance and cost performance.
