Seeking a Business Analyst to provide strategic and tactical support in critical project planning and execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and highly organized, has the ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues, and is comfortable interpreting meaning and relevance from raw data. The ideal candidate also has an indepth knowledge of capacity management principles following the ITIL methodology and has good understanding of the the different IT Infrastructure area's, LAN, WAN, VoIP and Datacenter environments.
