Day-to day management of the region and targeted delivery teams with direct and indirect reports. Responsibilities for this role include: Maintaining effective operational procedures and policies for each current and prospective account, resolving day-to- day operational and support issues, planning and execution of strategic initiatives, and design and development of a flexible support organization structure.
