The Head of Operations will be responsible for enhancing Smith's reputation for Quality, expanding our testing capabilities, and upgrading our systems and processes to provide a highly efficient and cost effective end-to-end operations environment. Key objectives will be to streamline and automate shipping, receiving and communication processes, ensure time-critical delivery of electronic components to manufacturers and distributors around the world, ensure import/export and customs compliance, and ensure best practice quality control measures are in place.
