Develop and execute a business supply strategy for $40-50M of steel expenditures. Develop & publish a business supply strategy for countries, sources and sourcing methods. Achieve cost reduction targets for materials, productivity, quality, delivery, and service of 1-3% for steel, 3-5% all other commodities and 8-10% for indirect items. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new components and technologies within steel commodities including supporting the New Product Development organization.
