The Program Manager must possess expertise in effective project management principals, including those promoted by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Responsible for the deliverables, costs, schedule, and quality of projects and ensures quality project execution that is in accordance with services agreements, statements of work, proposals, and implementation guidelines.
