The Global Reliability Director will have overall responsibility in developing a Reliability Capability that sustains and continuously improves the integrity and reliable performance of our Assets. The Director will work closely with business leaders and upper management to understand and drive profitability. Implement proactive strategies to prevent and minimize unplanned downtime (Reliability Centered Maintenance - RCM). Ensure that excellence in environmental, safety and other compliance areas remains a key part of Reliability programs.
