Coordinates all aspects of the business for implementing multiple related strategic and operational initiatives/programs for the customer care (tech support/customer service) organization. Performs project planning to establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drives progress to achieve project plan within time and budget constraints. Understand and coordinate sequencing of projects to accomplish progress.
