The Global Category Analyst consults collaboratively with teams and business units to facilitate and support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement category management initiatives. The Global Category Analyst gathers and interprets internal and external data and information from various sources, then summarizes key implications and recommendations. Emphasis will be on quantitative analysis (financial review of suppliers, total cost analysis, activity based costing) and Qualitative Market Analysis (supply base, category dynamics, etc).
