You'll be responsible for leading, directing and managing the development, deployment and evolution of the company's Global Relationship Management technologies and tools to support and enable the company's Global CRM marketing vision. You'll source, establish and manage the company's business relationships with vendor partners to ensure the Global CRM marketing vision is realized. You'll coordinate and manage data exchanges to and from all CRM technology partners to support and enable all Relationship Management marketing initiatives and programs.
