To plan, organize, manage and control the manufacturing function of high quality products within acceptable limits of timeliness, direct cost, operating overhead, inventory and fixed assets. Duties: 1. Directs the manufacture, test and delivery of division products consistent with overall division objectives. 2. Establishes short term and long term requirements of manufacturing for space, facilities, equipment and manpower, and assures that these requirements are met. 3. Prepares annual operating plans and the development of short and long range plans as required.
