- Accountable for general supervision over an engineering, administrative, business operations and business development staff of 120-150 personnel. - Supervise ongoing processes for quality and compliance. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure project delivery; provide clear direction to your team of employees and contractors with relation to their work in support of forward deployed operations in the Middle East and Africa.
