The GM is responsible for all aspects of the US operations including P&L, sales, quality, customer service and Human Resource issues. Managing a direct team of six (6), the GM reports directly to the President of Global Sales Operations. Also reporting to the President of Global Sales Operations are the Managing Director of Europe and the Asia Pacific Sales Director.
