Reporting to the President, candidate will assist in developing goals and determining strategic values. Should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, as candidate will be involved in managing the day to day operations and to continue to provide outstanding client services. Therefore, he/she should be able to think outside the box and have the ability to see the "big picture".
