Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all activities of the Produce Division to achieve established goals for sales, gross profit, tonnage, and expenses in all three regions. Directs and/or coordinates, through subordinate managers and staff, all support departments including Purchasing, Sales, and Merchandising. Identifies new business and/or new product opportunities and develops programs to support and sell them to the membership.
