The General Manager's responsibility is for managing the overall business and financial aspects of our business operations. GM will be responsible for managing a group of 28 employees in the area of letter shop, market research, account management and sales. The overall focus will be on day-to-day management of the company's business, strategic growth, business acumen, fiscal responsibility, customer and key account relationship management and employee development.
