The General Manager role has full P&L responsibility for the Countries under his region and is the key business owner for all business, community and government related maters as well as in delivering the Company sales, profit and equity goals and objectives. The GM is Responsible for developing the strategies, programs and its execution in the market which are highly relevant, innovative and leveragable with customers, consumers and distributor in order to achieve and surpass business and corporate objectives.
