Define and recruit a production team to provide agency level web services to our customers. Work with our sales force and presales engineering teams on the acquisition of new clients and development of new business opportunities. Meet with customers to define needs, gather requirements, write statements of work, and create project plans. Manage production resources to ensure all work is completed on time and to quality standards.
