Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) engineering disciplines in the Global Positioning System (GPS) sustainment engineering departments. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals for engineering support to sustainment and operations of the facilities and infrastructure.
