The Freight Outbound Manager is one of a small team of Senior Managers. The team has responsibility for all company products, from the time it leaves the manufacturing plant until it reaches the end customer. The person recruited will be a Logistics professional who is a strong team player, has excellent commercial skills, and who can communicate well. An ability to manage a team, to manage contractors and to effectively interact with other departments is also essential. This person would preferably have the ability to go on to a higher role within the organization.
