The Franchise Director will lead the selection and ongoing operations of Contract Manufacturing operations in North America and potentially worldwide. In this role the incumbent will assume the role of Operation's primary point of contact for the Worldwide Franchise leaders and respective Marketing organizations in respect to third party manufacturing. He/She will be responsible for developing strategy for sourcing of new sites or capabilities with existing sites to support growth or reduce costs for the worldwide franchises. He/She will lead the Contract Account Managers.
