Facilities Manager required to manage the needs for facility planning, operations and maintenance of a location. Responsible for overseeing the consistent operation of the local workplace of the facility and support the organization's goals and objectives. Develop and implement programs to maximize the utilization of the facility assets. Manage the day to day operation which include but not limited to facilities maintenance, building operations, fire safety, emergency response, move coordination, space planning and business continuity that instills confidence in the dept.
