This position must ensure the continuous operation of the headquarters facilities and services described below while maintaining a high level of customer service and a cost efficient operation. The first priority of this position is to focus on the economics available and necessary to the operation while providing the staff with the tools for accomplishing day-to-day activities (i.e. HVAC, electricity, janitorial, workstations, supplies, copy services, vending, appraisals, shipping & receiving, etc).
