Assign and oversee the work of contracted vendors as well as the performance of internal facilities functions; compile and maintain an Asset Management and Inventory system; track and correct all janitorial and aesthetic deficiencies; responsible for NGWO contract monitoring from contract initiation to insuring vendors meet expectations of the contract and its renewal; assist Operations with lease planning and renewals.
