In this position, you will be leading the manufacturing safety, quality, output, people, Equipment and Operation Excellence systems and cost efforts to optimize the start up and high-volume ramp of a fab in Dalian, China. They will drive innovative process, tool, and system optimization opportunities and coordinate with our other factory (Virtual Factory network) leadership teams to execute streamlining efforts to reduce labor content, tool downtime, and cost prior to process transfer.
