The Executive Director, Operation will be responsible and accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to achieve and maintain operational excellence in the North American operations. Specifically, he/she will oversee carrier relationship management as well as the development and execution of a comprehensive product- and channel-strategy. Furthermore he/she will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Operations Worldwide to transfer knowledge and best practice experience from other country organizations into the North American context.
