The duties are to preserve and protect the Constitution and Bylaws and the standing rules of this Association; facilitate the activities of the officers and trustees of this Association in carrying out their respective administrative responsibilities under these Bylaws; engage the staff, direct and coordinate their activities; provide leadership in the formulation and recommendation of new policies to the BOT and elective officers; oversee the management of policies that have been adopted by the BOT and/or the House of Delegates (HOD).
