The Engineering Manager leads the development of systems and assigns staff to ensure the effectiveness of engineering services and manufacturing capability to meet manufacturing requirements to ensure manufacturing Reliability and Attainment KPI's are met. The Manager will perform these functions utilizing Keys to Enterprise (KTE) principles, coaching guidelines and developing subordinate employees to their full potential.
