The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing and guiding technical staff through the evaluation of design systems and the acceptance or rejection of proposed materials and/or products, developing test procedures, and implementing efficient and production-friendly assemblies to provide a product with increased durability, improved performance, ease of production and serviceability, and greater value.
