Assigns Project Manager and Project Team to initialize start of project. Determines manpower requirements of the Project Engineering Team to adequately execute the design, procurement, fabrication, completion, start-up, and close-out. Hold status review meetings with Project Managers to review actual versus budgeted cost, schedule, and technical issues on each project.
